SPM images of the electric-field-induced contrast on a 001 oriented surface of the LSMO-0.11 single crystal obtained after the application of V=−10 V left stripe and V=+10 V right stripe to the tip: a topographic image before poling it does not change after poling, KFM image immediately after poling, PFM image several minutes after poling, and KFM image after prolonged aging 107 h.
